D.S. Berenson is Senior Managing Partner of an independent law firm specializing in remodeling and home improvement law.

Mr. Berenson maintains an exclusive national practice in home improvement business and corporate law. His internship experience includes the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service out of New York and the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.

A frequent lecturer and author, Mr. Berenson was one of nine attorneys in the United States honored in the 2005 joint Forbes Magazine – American Airlines “Special Tribute to America’s Best Lawyers”.

Mr. Berenson is active in all areas of design/build construction and home improvement issues, consumer finance and lending, state and national business transactions, corporate quality control, agency representation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structure, securities and finance, commercial lending, tax, and asset protection.
