Rick McIntire started selling newspaper subscriptions door to door at the age of 11 and has been in sales, sales management and or executive management his entire professional career.

Before joining Dave Yoho he spent 12 years with one of the largest home improvement companies in the US. He launched numerous retail operations in both medium and large markets, he managed a region of 7 cities and owned interest in a $8-10 million medium size market of his own.  He is a dynamic, high energy speaker and trainer who has a lasting impact on everyone he works with.
