The President Visits Thompson Creek Windows

As many of you have heard, President Obama recently visited the factory and retail operation of Thompson Creek Window Company to laud them for increasing their annual revenue by 43% during these trying economic times. Furthermore, they increased their factory work force by an astounding 41%. In an era where many companies have been reluctant to expand their workforce, this certainly gained the attention of the White House.

What many people may not know is that only 8 years prior, Thompson Creek was a small window manufacturer selling windows to contractors in the Chesapeake area.

In 2002, Rick Wuest, the President of Thompson Creek and his brother Brian made a dramatic decision to become their own retail outlet. In the time since they have become one of the dominant forces in the home improvement industry, not only in the Maryland/Washington DC area, but across the entire eastern coast.

We are proud to represent them during what amounts to one of the greatest success stories within the home improvement industry as well as having them in HIPEC (Home Improvement Professionals Executive Conference).
