Joe has worked in the home improvement industry since the mid-1970s. He began with a regional manufacturer of replacement windows, then rapidly progressed to a company that produced doors, sunrooms, and patio rooms. In that role, his Executive-Level responsibilities included: overseeing purchasing, installation, and customer service, as well as, developing and managing the practices for hiring and training sales and marketing personnel. Subsequently, he worked with a major manufacturer to create and maintain a successful retail operation in the greater NY Metropolitan area.
Today, he operates as a Senior Account Consultant for Dave Yoho Associates, providing retailers and manufacturers with full-scale training, both in-person and virtually. Joe is one of the most well-respected professionals in the industry and is renowned for his ability to train salespeople and revamp operational systems.
