John Pohl, Associate

John is the Owner and President of Springs Connect Call Center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and operates as a Specialty Consultant for Dave Yoho Associates. Springs Connect is an outsource call center that only works with home improvement, remodeling, and home services companies.

John began working in call centers while he was in college and perfected his skills in this area over the last 40 years. His background includes setting cold call leads for one of the largest window manufactures in North America and operating as the Call Center Director for several of North America’s leading home improvement companies. He founded Springs Connect to address the industry need of qualifying and scheduling older or “revisit” leads.
