HOW HOURLY COACHING WORKS

When you sign a contract with a consultant from Dave Yoho Associates our job is to best meet your availability. Examples of our hourly coaching services include (but are not limited to):

  • Incorporating our in-home sales approach into your presentations
  • Developing scripting for: Sales and marketing personnel, canvassers, and event promoters
  • Management/Executive training
  • Implementing a proven recruiting, hiring, and onboarding system
  • Learning how to run a more profitable business

HOURLY COACHING FORMAT

  • One of our expert associates conducts a free 30-minute needs assessment to determine how we can best assist you with hourly coaching
  • Depending upon your needs, you can schedule a range of 12-24 hours with a Dave Yoho Associates consultant
  • You receive a “Confidentiality Agreement” and “Confirmation of Our Services”
  • Your consultant will provide you with their cell phone number, email address, and availability
  • You schedule hourly meetings with your consultant either by phone or through Zoom
  • After we complete the contract, you can invest in additional hours or one of our additional consulting services.
